Being a former tennis professional, Dr. Christian Tuscher, LL.M. has more than 15 years experience in international laws. Following his admission to the Austrian Bar Association in 2009, Dr. Tuscher was active in top rated international law offices in Vienna (Austria) and Toronto (Canada) before Dr. Tuscher founded his own law office specialising in strategic legal consulting of private clients and high networth individuals.
Dr. Tuscher merges his personal experience from his professional sports career with legal expertise to provide best possible service to all of his clients in different areas, including the sports industry.
As long-term advisor of e|motion group Dr. Tuscher may revert to a considerable practical experience in any kind of sports associated transaction.
Besides an ongoing advisory of sports associations, sponsors and other organizations, (including the representation of Austria and the Austrian Golf Association with regard to the official bid for the Ryder Cup 2022) Dr. Tuscher is continuously involved in the consulting of professional athletes including Tommy Haas etc.
